Jason sneered at the mention of the children of Arkham
. Thankful that his hood hid his face, the obvious displeasure that even the thought of that place spiked into him. It was a worthy cause, at least to an extent. Being Robin meant that Jason knew who went to Arkham, he knew the control Bruce had over the place. How the options were often black and white, Blackgate or Arkham. Criminals who shouldn't have even been in Arkham on rotating shifts. Men like Penguin, or even dent, who in many ways should have just been tried for their crimes.
Or those that Arkham housed who really should have been given the chair.
Regardless, its nobility was seemingly lost once the cards were all on the table. They were a liability, a danger, a slow groan in the city that had the potential to become a roar. Jason, for one, intended to be the one with the whip when that particular Lion arose. Better allies than enemies, at least while their guns seemed to be trained on the same target. "Well, you know the saying." He kept his posture relaxed, but his eyes roamed the room, carefully trained on the Lady of Arkham "Curiosity killed the cat, and all that."
Getting straight down to business he straightened up. " I know from the outside it might not seem like it, but I'm not your run of the mill gang banging thug." Jason informed her. He wasn't about taking over territory or trying to run them out of the narrows. If anything, it was the opposite. " I think you and i have mutual feelings for this city, and thus, mutual enemies." The Bat, the GCPD, The Prince of Gotham and all his merry little horsemen.
